With less than a months to go until the big event, we’d like to remind all attendees who have not yet assigned their tickets that the final date to assign your MYSG Celebration tickets by 22nd Sept 2017.
Assigning your tickets will ensure you and your team are organized and ready to experience everything MYSG Celebration has to offer. You won’t want to waste precious time waiting in long registration lines!
Not sure how to transfer unassigned tickets? No worries! Below is an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide to help you through the process.
Step 1 - Log in to your Back Office
Step 2 - Select ‘View & Manage Events’ on the home page
Step 3 - On the ‘View and Manage Events’ page, you will be able to view the events you have purchased tickets for. Select the relevant event.
Step 4 - Once the relevant event is selected, you will be taken to a screen showing you how many tickets you have to assign.
Step 5 - Select your unassigned ticket by clicking ‘Assign’. Once selected, you will be prompted to transfer the ticket to another Associate, a non-member or another person sharing the account you are logged in on. Enter the relevant details and click ‘save’.
Step 6 - Once saved, you will automatically be taken back to the screen showing your purchased tickets for the event selected. Here you can view your newly assigned ticket.
Assign your tickets now to avoid the line and give yourself and your team ample opportunity to explore, learn and immerse in Isagenix culture.
